I love training with Liti as my coach because she not only helps with your individual goals but she does so effectively!  

Fitness stopped becoming a priority for me about 4 years ago.  I was becoming unhealthy and telling myself I was too busy and too tired to work out. I joined Miller Fitness Fiji earlier this year to not only lose weight but get back into fitness.

It’s almost the end of the year and I can confidently say I am reaching my fitness goals. What do I love about this unique boot camp program?

  • It’s never going to be BORING

They offer varied workouts that can sometimes be challenging yet rewarding - so you get a full body workout, and stamina work as well. Workouts provide a whole-body workout that builds strength and endurance including your core, and give you a great cardio workout. 

I find it exciting as you don’t know the station or group exercises you will be doing - definitely breaks up the monotony! They provide the equipment so all you have to remember is your water and gear. 

I now can participate in sports or go for a jog without panting after 15 minutes!

  • You’re signing up for fitness - and health

You find yourself committed to change.  Bootcamp workouts can become addictive as you make friends and hang out for a quick one hour pushing each other to the finish line. Every week or two Liti will take measurements to see how far you have come. You feel a sense of community when you have reached your fitness goals as a group! Once you start you won’t stop.

  • It gives you a confidence boost

That feeling you get when you finish a hard high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, your clothes are drenched in sweat and you push yourself through time and time again is definitely a self-esteem booster that you can do it. 

During the 6-week training when you keep overcoming those challenges, again and again, you see your confidence and self-esteem skyrocket. This also allows you to enjoy life more.   

It also creates a sense of camaraderie as Liti’s training pushes you all to believe that you really can improve and you can achieve your goal.

  • Personal trainer outside sessions

One thing unique about Liti is that she is available outside of training as her passion is seeing people achieve their dream goals. She will advise you on your diet, on your routines and also check up on you to see if you’re doing ok. This extra layer of kindness and sense of family is what makes Miller Fitness Fiji unique.
