Zumba with Liti

This our MFF Fan Favorite, and at one of our many Zumba sessions you will expect a fun and energetic complete full-body workout, combining elements of fitness such as Cardio, Muscle Conditioning, Balance and Flexibility, and Boosted Energy for good health and wellbeing. You will also receive your daily dose of BULA and BUNO each time you leave our Zumba with Liti sessions.

Zumba +Plus (New)

Real change comes from combining Cardio & Strength Training

  • Really shape those curves, or firm up your frame AND improve fitness

  • Improve gradually, week-by-week

Sayadra Bootcamp

This is our MFF premium service, which is developed for those who enjoy the early hours of the morning sweat, with added weight, cardio, and calisthenic exercises as your early morning espresso to kick start your day. Do Not Hit That Snooze Button. Make Sayadra Bootcamp a daily habit before you get into the office, you will feel more accomplished, confident, and enjoy many health benefits.

Miller Method Circuits

Our main goal for MMC is to promote physical fitness and family enjoyment. MMC is a community-based environment that is focused on encouraging you and your family to push each other to the next level. MMC is a circuit based workout that is specifically designed to challenge and help our every day 9 - 5 clients improve overall fitness levels, reduce weight, and increase self-esteem and confidence.
